Help Center: How can I identify my pump or filter system?
The parts on our site are directly correlated by either the pump or filter system model number and the corresponding part number as listed in the manual for your system.
We of course want to make our site as easy to use as possible, but also understand that sometimes people either are unable to locate their original product manuals or otherwise inherit their filter system through other means.
As a result, we put together this page which contains more details to help our customers self identify what pump or filter they own.
Some pumps may have a silver date code sticker with a secondary model number. This is the factory model number for the bare pump motor and isn't relevant to identification
Identifying your Pump Motor
Because we have many filter systems that vary in capacity and type, there are several pumps that are used across these systems. To locate parts for both your pump itself and your filter system it is important to correctly identify the pump.

This correct model number is on the top of the pump on the sticker that says "Hydrotools". The model is located in the upper left hand corner of the label. |
