We STRONGLY advise you to contact us if you have special shipping requirements. All inquiries will be answered promptly.
We do offer Free Ground Shipping at this time to the lower 48 states. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for accomplishing this. In the event there are any issues concerning our ability to ship at no charge to you, we will contact you promptly and present the options available.
We will choose the most economical method to ship orders with free shipping. This includes but isn't limited to carriers such as USPS, UPS, OnTrac or Fedex.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
We absolutely ship orders to these regions. However, they do not fall under our free shipping policy. As a result, when checking out you will be presented with several calculated shipping options. Economy, Expedited and Express shipping options are available for these regions.
At your discretion, we offer several alternative upgraded shipping options. If you need your items faster, you are welcome to select one of the options presented at checkout. These options use real time calculations to determine costs based on your delivery address.
Currently we offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, Germany and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated based on your destination country, state or province and postal code.
If you reside in a country that isn't listed, please feel free to contact us and we may be able to accommodate your order.
Be advised that orders shipped to International locations may involve customs brokerage fees, VAT charges, import taxes,etc which, as stated and posted on our shipping info webpages, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, be advised that customs may delay shipments and that we do not have any control over the amount of time it takes for shipments to be cleared by customs in their respective countries
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or damaged by our shipping carriers.
In the even that an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us ASAP. We may require pictures of damaged merchandise and the condition of the original packaging in order to properly file claims with our shipping carriers.
